Tolliver, Allyson - 1st Grade

Hello! My name is Allyson Tolliver and I teach first grade in Room 9. I grew up in Arizona, went to college at CU Boulder CO, and settled in San Diego after getting my BA in psychology. After teaching preschool, I decided to get my MA in Education from Chapman University. I found my Dingeman home in 2000 and have been teaching first grade here ever since. I love how “Firsties” are always so honest, open, and excited to soak everything in. Currently I live in Encinitas with my husband and our 2 kids – Lucas, 11 and Ella, 13. We also have a little rescue dog named Yoda who is a lot of fun. I love going to the beach, traveling, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
